ZW series pump are horizontal single stage single suction sewage centrifugal pumps.
They are widely used in underground drainage of mines, light industry, papermaking, textiles, food, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, municipal sewage discharge, river pond aquaculture etc for transporting containing solid particles, fibers, slurry, muddy suspended medium etc.
The temperature of the medium conveyed by the ZW-type submersible sewage pump shall not exceed 60ºC, the ambient temperature not exceed 45 ºC.
ZW series self priming sewage pumps advantages are as follows:
1. It is the most ideal impurity pump. The maximum diameter of the particles is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter; A pump type with a diameter of 50mm or more can suck and deliver impurities containing liquid with a particle diameter of no more than 30mm and a fiber length of 1.5 times the impeller diameter; The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240kg/m3.
2. Comprehensive performance is good, high head: long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 60m.
3. High flow rate capacity: can be reached 800m3/h.
4. Diameter size:outlet size from 25mm to 250mm.
