vertical submerged centrifugal mining slurry pump
YZ series submerged slurry pump are vertical single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal slurry pumps.
They are widely used in industry of mining, electrial power, metallurgy, coal, building materials etc for transporting media containing high concentrations of solid particals.
Mud pump, sand pump, dredge pump, sludge pump, impurity pump and desilting pump are all belong to category of slurry pump.
YZ series slurry pumps advantages are as follows:
1. Long service life: professional bearing sealing, isolating the immersion of mud and gravel, effectively ensuring the service life of the bearings.
2. Equipped with mixing impeller: The impeller is a semi open impeller, equipped with a stirring impeller at the extension of the suction edge of the impeller.
3. Maintenance free: There are no bearings between the fixed plate and the impeller or pump casing, and there is no seal or support, which is maintenance free.
4. High flow rate capacity: can be reached 600m3/h.
5. Comprehensive performance is good, high head: long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 61m.
6. Diameter size:outlet size from 50mm to 200mm.
7. High corrosion, abrasion resistance widely material optional: metal flow parts including: (Cr27Mo),(Cr30MoNi),(Cr30MoNiCu) material etc. PH value 1.0-14.
8. Widely application: all slurry, mud and bad corrosive medium can be transported, widely used in industry of mining, electrical power, metallurgy,coal, construction etc.
