ISW ISG series pump are horizontal vertical single stage single suction centrifugal pipeline pumps.
They are widely used in industry and urban water supply and drainage, high rise building pressurization water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cooling and heating water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching, etc for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.
The temperature of the medium conveyed by the ISW ISG type pipeline pump shall not exceed 80ºC, the ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%.
ISW ISG series pipeline pumps advantages are as follows:
1. It can transport both clean water and sewage.
2. Comprehensive performance is good, high head: long distance and high head transportion, single set head can reach to max 160m, series connection method can be used to increase the required head.
3. High flow rate capacity: can be reached 1440m3/h, parallel connection method can be used to increase the required flow rate.
4. Diameter size:outlet size from 15mm to 350mm.
5. Widely material optional: cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel etc or custom materials.
6. Widely application: both clean water and sewage can be transported, widely used in industry and urban water supply and drainage, high rise building pressurization water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cooling and heating water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching, etc.
7. Driving engine of motor and diesel are available.
8. Driving method: direct connection.The pump can be installed vertically, horizontally, and in multiple ways according to on-site usage conditions.

10. Energy saving and cost reducing: pump itself water conservancy design advanced and mature. In the mode of traditional direct start increasing soft start and frequency start methods, it make sure energy saving and protection devices; Adjust the speed by soft connection mode in order to achieve the maximum utilization and tower results of work.
11. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure has a lower center of gravity and coincides with the center of the pump foot, enhancing the operational stability and lifespan of the pump.
12. Easy installation: With the same inlet and outlet diameters and on the same centerline, it can be directly installed in any part of the pipeline like a valve. The motor with a rain cover can be placed outdoors for use. The pump is equipped with mounting feet for stable installation.
13. Smooth operation, low noise, and high component concentricity: The motor adopts low-noise bearings and is equipped with a non-stop refueling device. The pump impeller has excellent dynamic and static balance, and the operation is vibration free to improve the usage environment.
14. No leakage: The shaft seal adopts a corrosion-resistant hard alloy mechanical seal to solve the problem of severe leakage in the centrifugal pump packing seal, extending its service life. Ensure that the operating site is clean and tidy.
15. Convenient maintenance: There is no need to disassemble or repair the pipeline. Simply remove the pump cover nut and take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.
