Advantages
1. Lubrication system
The newly designed national patent rear cover adds built-in oil channels, oil filters, and oil cooling fins, effectively solving the long-standing problems of high engine noise, high oil temperature, and poor oil cleanliness in high-power models. It integrates four functions: filtration, cooling, pressure regulation, and cover lubrication. 2. Combustion system
Adopting the fourth generation mid convex constricted combustion chamber and high injection pressure fuel system; The use of ultra-low friction coefficient steel piston rings with ceramic infiltration technology, top-notch graphite coated pistons in China, and high-precision cylinder liners with ceramic infiltration technology, the entire system has strong high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. 3. Bearings and gears
High precision carburizing and quenching alloy gears are selected, with a precision of up to level 7, high transmission efficiency, super wear resistance, and effective reduction of chamber cover noise. At the same time, top-notch Tianma bearings produced by cold rolling system in China are selected, with high precision, reliable wear resistance, to create a smooth, precise, and efficient engine motion system that leads the industry, greatly increasing the service life of the product.
4. Inlet and exhaust system
The efficient and wear-resistant valve mechanism adopts carburized and quenched alloy camshafts, imported powder metallurgy valve seats, bridging and welding alloy valves, forged steel rocker arm assemblies, valves, valve guides, and valve seat rings made of special materials metallurgy by a joint venture company. The super wear-resistant valve pair treatment technology ensures stable operation of the intake and exhaust systems while improving the reliability of the entire machine and ensuring efficient offshore operations.
5. Fuel system
A diesel filter with oil-water separation is used to effectively remove impurities and moisture from diesel, ensuring fuel cleanliness, reducing the failure rate of fuel injectors, and extending the service life of the engine; At the same time, the fuel injection system has been optimized by using National III fuel injection pumps and injectors, which have good atomization effect and more sufficient fuel. While achieving fast running, it also achieves high efficiency and fuel saving, truly saving fuel and reducing emissions.
6. Product appearance
